The ASCE Texas J. Walter Porter Memorial Fellowship is now accepting applications for 2026. This $5,000 fellowship supports graduate students conducting water resources engineering research in Texas.

Ricardo Pena EIT is your First Year Director at Large for 2025-2026. He began his career as a construction manager at SpaceX in Brownsville, where he supported the development of the Starship launch site now works as a transportation and drainage engineer at STV, Inc.

Oreoluwa Adedapo PE is your First Year Director at Large for 2025-2026. Oreoluwa is a civil engineer at GFT Houston office. Post-graduation, Oreoluwa has remained an active member of the Kansas City and Houston Branch. Currently, he serves as the ASCE Houston YM Forum Chair.

Colton Gill PE is your Senior Director at Large for 2025-2026. He is a transportation engineer with BGE, Inc. in Frisco, Texas. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Texas and Arkansas #TexASCE

Anna Olveda is your Treasurer for 2025-2026. Anna is VP of Engineering for Wafflemat in Grapevine, TX. In the past 8 years of her Engineering career, she has worked on numerous commercial and residential projects across Texas that vary in size and complexity. #TexASCE

Carlos Balderrama is your VP of Technical Affairs Elect for 2025-2026. Carlos is a Texas A&M University graduate with over 10 years of experience in transportation. Active with the ASCE Dallas Branch since 2019, Carlos has served in several leadership roles and committees.

Patricia Frayre PE is your VP of Technical Affairs for 2025-2026. She is the founding principal of Frayre Engineering & Consulting and has experience in the management of private and public sector clients for site development and public works projects. #TexASCE
