What one activity do many engineers spend a vast majority of their careers doing, but for which they have little or no formal training?  Project management!  In college, a session or two in the senior project class devoted to project management is often a student’s only exposure to this topic.  On the job, project management is often synonymous with lead design engineering, but the skill sets are substantially different.  Commonly, the only training available is learning from supervisors, mentors, or peers; provided that they have the time to show you or teach you.  This webinar will introduce some of the principles of project management, provide some tools to make you a better project manager, and provide resources for further learning.
