Team Registration

Each competition team must register and list the names of all team members. Additionally, every team and symposium participant must also complete an individual registration. The deadline for both team and individual registration is February 28. Late registration will begin March 1.

Payments may be completed by credit card during online registration below, or a check may be mailed to ASCE Texas Section at 5511 Parkcrest Dr, Ste 207, Austin, Texas 78731. Checks must be made out to “ASCE Texas Section”. Include on or with each check the university and competition team the payment applies. Payment must be received on or before April 1. All cancelation and/or refund requests must be provided in writing to office@texasce.org on or before April 1. After this deadline, no refunds can be provided. Please contact office@texasce.org or 1-512-472-8905 with questions about registration.

Terms, Conditions, & Waiver: Everyone who attendees and/or participants in the event must follow and agree to the Terms and Conditions, and a Waiver of Liability. Preview it here. Individuals will be asked to acknowledge them during registration. Please share them with everyone participating or attending the event.
