Marcus Stuckett PE, CFM has 24 years of professional civil engineering experience specializing in infrastructure projects in the Houston metropolitan area. He has worked in both the private and public sectors, providing modeling support and project team management on civil infrastructure projects requiring drainage analysis and infrastructure resiliency to flooding, as well as in the public sector for the City of Houston as supervising engineer, and the Harris County Flood Control District as a project planner, department manager, division director and Executive Director.
