Ms. Williams has 10 years experience in Hydrologic & Hydraulic analysis (H&H) with a Bachelor’s degree from University of Texas at Austin. Her professional portfolio encompasses a mix of agency and consulting experience, having worked at the TxDOT Hydraulic Design Division and the Houston District Hydraulics Section, before returning to consulting where she is passionate about mentoring junior staff and managing challenging projects.

Maxwell Gilliam, PE, CFM

Mr. Gilliam has over 10 years experience in Hydrologic & Hydraulic (H&H) analysis with a Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University. He is adept at the analysis and management of H&H projects ranging from local neighborhood improvements to watershed-scale studies. The majority of his career has been spent in Harris County, working with Harris County Flood Control District, City of Houston, as well as Houston Airport Systems.
