Western Texas Branch Volunteer Interest

Volunteer to Serve within this Emerging New Branch

There is an ambitious experiment happening in the panhandle and western half of Texas.

Under the umbrella of ASCE Texas Section, the existing Branches of High Plain, Caprock, and West Texas, will combine to form the Western Texas Branch. View the Western Texan Branch temporary Bylaws here.

This emerging Branch will need leadership to help guide its essential activities and communication. Leaders who know the area and the people! The members and leaders will have the opportunity to adapt, improvise, and overcome as a new vision for Branch success is developed and achieved—a model ASCE Branch for similar “struggling” or rural Branches across the globe.

See the full article by ASCE Texas Section President Elect and Caprock/Western Texas Branch member, Russel Carter PE, for stats of the new Branch and surrounding Branches.
