Speaker

Steven is the Owner of Steven Eubanks Engineering, LLC, since retiring after 19 years at the City of Fort Worth. He held several positions in the City’s Stormwater program, including Chief Stormwater Engineer. His responsibilities included new development review, capital project management, flooding and drainage complaint investigations, public-private partnerships, infrastructure criticality assessment, and engineering assistance for maintenance projects. He assisted in the development of the City’s Stormwater Utility and the 2006 Fort Worth Storm Water Management Design Manual, and more recently oversaw development of the City’s Stormwater Master Plan. He has spoken at numerous conferences and has developed several workshops and training programs. He was honored by TSPE Fort Worth Chapter as Engineer of the Year in 2016.
