Join us for the 2019 Legislative Drive-In

Every other spring, we hold our Legislative Drive-In program in Austin, Texas, concurrent with the Texas Legislative Session. This 1-day program provides you with an inside look at the public policy process & offers an opportunity to address issues & concerns with legislators. Your involvement during the legislative session ensures passages of bills that further our profession & promote the health, safety, & welfare of all Texans. All members are highly encouraged to attend.

The event includes:

• Briefing session on key legislation & ASCE’s legislative priorities
• Training on lobbying & influencing your elected leaders
• Engineering & infrastructure related issues within each specific legislative district
• Meetings at the Capitol in Austin, Texas with your State Senator & Representative, or their staff
