Jason Frank PE, a Senior Project Manager and South/Southeast Aviation Lead with Garver, will be sharing his experiences in the design and construction of airfield projects.

Jason Frank is a senior project manager and South/Southeast Aviation Lead with Garver. He is graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Over the course of his 26-year career, he has served many roles from designer to senior project manager on a variety of airfield projects with up to $100 million in construction. Those projects include airfield reconstruction and rehabilitation projects at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Chicago O’Hare International Airport, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Indianapolis International Airport, Dulles International Airport, Lambert St. Louis International Airport, and many other civilian airports nationwide. He has also done work for U.S. military including projects at Ft Bliss Army Airfield TX, Ft Benning GA, McConnell AFB KS, Andrews AFB MD and Bagram AFB in Afghanistan.
Jason’s experience requires him have knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars, U.S. Military’s Untied Facilities Criteria, and ICAO standards. His experience of working on airfields with a wide range of complexity, gives him the understanding the unique challenges airfields face when undertaking improvement projects, as well as what steps need to be taken to mitigate construction impacts to airfield operations.
