Chris has been with Halff for four years and has been doing subsurface utility engineering for 11 years. He started in the railroad industry, then geospatial survey before moving over to Civil and Subsurface Utility Engineering. Chris has over a dozen US patents for railroad track maintenance-of-way and track inspection equipment and is a 2015 ACEC of Texas Engineering Excellence award winner. He has been a regional manager for SUE and is now Halff’s Quality Assurance Manager for SUE and UC.
