CIGMAT 2020: Infrastructures, Energy, Geotechnical, Flooding & Sustainability Issues

The Center for Innovative Grouting Materials and Technology (CIGMAT) and the University of Houston’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering is hosting a 1-day conference on “Infrastructures, Energy, Geotechnical, Flooding and Sustainability Issues in Houston & Other Major Cities” on March 6, 2020. The conference will be held at the University of Houston.
The presentations will include current projects and proposed projects and energy needs for years 2020-2021 in the Greater Houston area and other major cities. A special feature of this conference is the four panel discussions on critical issues facing the construction, maintenance and sustainability of various civil infrastructures in the urban environment. After the technical sessions, a reception will be held starting at 2:30 pm with invited city, county and industry leaders in the exhibit area to facilitate networking. The conference includes lunch, coffee breaks, reception and parking. Earn 5 professional development hours by attending the entire conference.
